Mr. Mpungu has strong proven track record (10 years) in managing successfully a medium size (20 professionals) donor sponsored (EC, ACP Group of states projects for African counties Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania,) regional international organization based in East Africa (Kenya), dealing with strategic environmental and natural resources management policy advice and technical assistance for the conceptualization, programming and development of “sustainable” investment in the ACP states and Europe.
